What Can't I Send?
We do not want items such as:

Undies, Bras, Swimwear (Unless they're new with tags)
Towels, any home items such as curtains or bedding, socks, products that still have items in them -
Please empty pockets and bags before sending.

Our clear out pack service is just £2 per pack this allows you to receive the bag, fill it with your items and send it back :)

Any items that are not accepted or that do not sell will automatically go to charity at the end of 100 days unless you request in the comments on your order for them to be returned. Please note this is an additional service of £10.
