RETURNS POLICY

At iSecondThat we understand that sometimes items may not be what you expected or they don't fit, or you simply change your mind.

With iSecondThat you have 20 days to return it to us for a full refund.

If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- with tickets still attached.

To request a return, please email: customerservices@isecondthat.co.uk

You will need to provide your order number and the email address associated with that order.

As a small business we do not cover the cost for returns at the moment, this is something we will be working towards.

If the return is due to an issue with the product please leave images and your complaint and we will look into sorting the cost for returns for you.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

YOUR ONLINE ORDER:

From your order being placed - it can take upto 5 working days for your order to be processed before shipping out, this is to do final checks, we use Royal Mail whos delivery times can vary. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of ordering please email customerservices@isecondthat.co.uk with your order number for us to investigate.

Our clear out packs get sent out via Royal Mail - with an estimated processing time being 3-5 business days.
